Shipping Policy – Vorali Footwear

Ready-to-Ship Models

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery to Portugal: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery to other European countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Made-to-Order Models

Items not available for immediate dispatch are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and order preparation.

  • Delivery across Europe: 10–20 business days

Important Notes

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs procedures in the destination country. In some cases, orders may arrive earlier than estimated.
  • The shipping countdown begins only after payment approval and order confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier updates the tracking status to “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. Vorali Footwear is not responsible for loss or misplacement after the “Delivered” status has been recorded. Customers must verify receipt and notify us within a maximum of 7 business days if the package has not been received.

Claims and Complaints

Any claim related to shipping delays, non-delivery, or loss must be reported within 7 business days from the recorded delivery date shown in the tracking information. After this period, it will not be possible to open an investigation, issue refunds, or reship items, as the shipment will be considered completed.
